I took it back and tried it out. It was very comfortable, especially with its heating function set to 55 degrees. The dazhui and fengchi acupoints were so hot and comfortable. I really like it. My cervical spine has always been poor and i can't find the pillow i like. This product is very comfortable for lying flat and lying on my side. I love it! I think this pillow is a great value for money at this price, and the workmanship is also superb. I am satisfied!
